Ways Everyone Can Help Shib Grow

From day one, money was meant to produce sh*t. So far, Shib has yet to really produce anything, except a group of people that buy virtual land with virtual money that’s useless in the actual world. No, we’re talking about real, tangible things.

Remember the good old days when they’d reward you 10 Bitcoins for completing some survey? Neither do I. But according to “Crypto Annals Vol. 3” such times indeed took place, albeit a while ago. Rewarding certain actions with crypto, be it writing a column or partaking in a survey, makes for a token’s wider exposure, as more people start to come around to see what all the fuss is about. Some of them might even consider jumping in on the hodler bandwagon, while they're at it. Which, in turn, increases demand! In a way, the token begins to stimulate people to do or create things - that’s an economy in its infancy right there.

Sadly, that’s not the reality for Shiba Inu.

SHIB as payment method

Why is there no product available exclusively, or at least preferably for Shib? We have brands of beer, coffee and whatnot, all bearing Shib on their logos, and yet not a single of them uses Shib as their main payment method.

One way to explain such a sad state of affairs is that businesses fear that people won’t consume their products, if they’re only available for purchase via a limited range of currencies. Couple it with the insane volatility inherent to all crypto (and in the case of Shib - its steep commission fees), and you’ve got what you’ve got - nobody is buying or selling for Shib. The only way to help alleviate this situation is to actually start treating Shiba Inu like the money it is.

Remember: if what you offer is unique enough that people can’t find another one of its kind, they will come around wanting it, regardless of what currency they can buy it with. Use that SHIB.

Shib acceptance on social media

“But movie theaters are now accepting crypto!”

Let’s face it. Only a fraction of the total population actually go to movies. Of that fraction, another (smaller) fraction even know what crypto is. Of that fraction another - smaller still - fraction even owns a cryptocurrency of some sort. You know those Russian dolls inside other Russian dolls?

Forget the flicks, let’s talk about the stuff that’s on everybody’s daily agenda - social media!

Users are the lifeblood of social media, streaming platforms, websites, apps etc. Ultimately, it’s the users who decide which platform gets to live on, and which doesn’t. More often than not, most platforms these days provide donations, paid subscriptions, premium accounts and other various ways to drain your pockets. Sadly, so far those bells and whistles are largely only available for fiat money.

Which begs the question: Could, say, a million users make user support literally scream in agony, if they all asked for payments/donations/other various ways to drain their pockets to be made available in SHIB? Like they say, you don’t know if it’s gross until you taste it…

Shib as investment money

Don’t just invest into crypto - invest crypto into something! See, this is the problem with crypto today - it mostly serves as a little rainy day stash you’d keep in a sock under your bed. Fiat money, on the other hand, is literally the driving force of progress - the nuts and bolts of all companies, businesses, startups et cetera.

Who said cryptocurrency couldn’t do just as well? I mean, nobody actually said it couldn’t, but it’s been slow going in the direction of that kind of thinking.

Think Vitalik Buterin donating 50 trillion Shib, worth millions of dollars, to India’s Covid Relief Fund. Sure, his actions also put the Covid Relief Fund in the situation where they had to brainstorm the right way to sell that Shib without crashing the market, but that’s a whole other matter. The idea was right - dust that crypto off and let it turn and spin the cogs of the world!

That said, if you’ve got some investment money to spare and there’s some project worthy of your attention, consider supporting it with your Shib! Put those doggies into a non-stop whirlwind of economics.
