SHIBA BAE Goodbye. Influencers get coy.

SHIBA BAE pulls the rug. Big time. Some of the largest SHIB influencers are caught in the sh*t blast, denying responsibility and banning condemn. “I told you” is in order, I suppose?

What is SHIBA BAE?

Originally designed to be a BEP-20 deflationary token with a whole slew of beneficial perks, bells and whistles for its hodlers…

Gets olds fast, doesn’t it? Long story short, SHIBA BAE was another one of those “billion supply, benefitting SHIB” guano coins that promised they’d cure all the ailments that currently pester Shiba Inu - if you bought their good for nothing token. Naturally, the scam project pulled the rug, not only from under its unsuspecting supporters, but also from the very people that had shilled it! 

Who sold the scam to the community?

I'm talking about the pillars of the community. The Moses of Shib, if you feel dramatic. Those who got followers, blings, gloss and floss. Those leading the crowd with their inspiring “Good morning, ShibArmy” tweets. The influencers, you know.

At least two such influencers with audiences counting thousands of followers were caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Namely, one @RyoshiMade (already flushed down the drain at press time) and @SHIBAINUCRYPTON aka SHI₿ILIA.

Both shilled SHIBA BAE at one point or another. Both played the victim card when shib hit the fan. And when fingers started to point, both pushed their last-ditch defense, claiming they had nothing to do with the project, and they were just getting the word out and that everyone needs to do their own research first.

Sounds almost legit, if you left your brain unplugged, that is.

You see, those responsible can clean their posts and ban all they want, but the fact remains - influencers shill for money. That is undeniable. "Great whites" like those people don't hang with no herring fish. If you're small-time, more often than not, they won’t answer your DMs, ignore your comments and couldn’t care less if you disappeared entirely. And if you’re a project approaching them, you’d better make sure you butter them up with some "chink-chink" first. Otherwise, they won’t shill your sh*t out of the kindness of their hearts. 

And so money must have been offered to them for talking up SHIBA BAE in the first place.

SHIBA BAE Devs

At this point, it's hard to pinpoint the identities of the SHIBA BAE scam developers, as RyoshiMade only refers to them as "some devs from the space" and "bad devs". However, in one of his last-ditch attempts to clear his name, RyoshiMade posted a screenshot of a conversation with ETH SHIBA (another burn token project) offering assistance with the development of some "new burn token", adding that the marketing/hyping the community part will rest on RyoshiMade.

That's not to say ETH SHIBA was actually ever involved. Their offer may very well have been ignored in the long run. 

Closure

I’ll be blunt. The SHIB community really needs to finally realize that SHIB doesn’t need another token to help it grow! All this idea around creating a million of shitcoins that will burn Shib, or reward you in Shib, or whatever, is all pure, unadulterated garbage! Etherium wasn’t created for the sake of helping Bitcoin. Shib wasn’t created for the sake of helping Etherium. No other token will ever be created for the sake of helping Shib. All these so-called devs and promoters of "Shiba byes" or "Shiba eyes" are in this game for one thing, that’s right - your money! And without your support, these grift artists wouldn't exist at all.

Until that kind of realization sets deep within the minds of the ShibArmy, scams and rug pulls will persist, solely because you allow them to persist. After all, where there’s a KFC outlet, there’s a ravenous crowd nearby.
