4.5 Billion SHIB Burned by Independent Projects

Naturally, we couldn't tolerate our editorial team sitting on their lazy bums all day long and doing nothing - so we had them run a tally of how much SHIB was burned in total by the various independent projects out there. Naturally, they’ve concluded at least 4,596,956,586 SHIB were burned so far. Down below is the detailed breakdown.

Note! We’re only taking into account the projects that have been verified as legit. Also, we’re not talking about the official burn portal. They’re good folks, but a separate entity.

ETHSHIBA - over 2 billion

One of the legends among the lot of independent burners. ETHSHIBA isn’t your usual “make money off of ads” kind of projects. Instead, they come packed with their own set of bells and whistles. Such as letting you earn regular dividends in the form of Binance-pegged Eth just by holding ETHSHIB in your wallet. If you fancy yourself a crypto investor, fire your jets and go check them out.

But we’re here for the burns, and burns they do. A lot. Over 2 billion SHIB have been decimated by them so far, or 2,268,787,181.15 SHIB to be precise. 

SHIB SuperStore - 2 billion

Or triple S, if you abbreviate it (sorry, we just couldn’t pass up cracking that kind of joke).

Between running a monetized website, having developed a few different mobile games (Brick Busters’s level 144 had us bust our heads open on the wall, so approach that game with caution) and selling merch, SuperStore blackholed over 2 billion SHIB since December 2021, worth $54k!

And if you’re one of those “nerdy precise number nuts”, the exact amount burned stands at  2,085,102,807 $SHIB.

ShibaSearch - 134 million

Or double S for short. Yeah, we should probably lay off of these lame jokes…

Anyway, these guys are by far the second biggest SHIB furnace out there. They run a search engine available across all platforms currently utilized by the Earth’s higher primates (us) and have been able to maintain a 90% burn pledge since their first burn back in Jan 2022. Ever since then, they’ve committed a total of three SHIB genocides, ultimately sending 134.79 million tokens to the dead wallet.

ShibaCoffee - 93 million

These guys give people what people want - a nice caffeine jolt in the morning and a 10% burn pledge jolt when they burn. Smash two dogs with a single stone, hey?

At the time, their burn list is counting 7 successful burns and 93,348,300.5 SHIB tokens burned.

ShibaBurn - 12,5 million

YouTube revenue doesn’t get old, so why not utilize it for SHIB burns? That’s what the dude running ShibaBurn channel probably thought when he first founded his project. It’s not the biggest burner out there, but it’s certainly one of the few you can trust won’t try to run away with your money. Beaches, cocktails, Hawaii… Sorry, we digress.

With a modest amount of subscribers (just short of 4K at the time), the brother-man had so far been able to pull off three burns in February and March 2022, and the most recent one in May, burning a total of 12,5 million coinses.

Super vs. League - 8 million

Much like Shib SuperStore, this project is a mashup of different revenue avenues. Don’t ask “what do they do”, rather ask “what don’t they do?”

Represented by the twin brothers known as Prof.Void and WickedxMage, not only do they burn SHIB via their burn playlist on Spotify where they roll together with Flaves Beats, but they also have a unique feature - expanding the hodler bandwagon through token rewards. That said, Prof.Void’s Twitch channel has so far rewarded its viewers over $300 worth of Shiba Inu!

But let’s talk burns. Between their first burn and the second, they also managed to burn some 8 million SHIB so far. Kudos to these guys.

FlavesBeats - 5,2 million

Check this out. This pal makes some “bon musique”, and he burns the revenue you just made him by listening to it, jamming out to it, going nuts to it, driving to it etc. FlavesBeats raised the burn pledge up to 100% for June 2022, so you might as well bust out some moves to his tunes while it lasts.

Currently, FlavesBeats can boast some 5,2 million SHIB burned through their project.

Spaceshib - 1 Gazillion!

Ok, we may have exaggerated.

A bit.
